Shack Bay Brewing is a coastal-inspired craft brewery producing easy-drinking, flavour-packed beers designed for good times by the sea. Burra Brewing Co is an independent craft brewery known for producing bold, well-balanced beers with a strong sense of character. Focusing on quality ingredients and small-batch brewing, Burra creates approachable styles alongside more adventurous releases. Festival-goers can expect fresh, flavour-driven beers that are easy to enjoy, perfect for sharing, and made to suit a relaxed, social atmosphere.

Mates GIN is an Australian gin brand crafting smooth, flavour-forward gins designed to be enjoyed together. With a focus on balance, quality botanicals, and an easygoing approach, Mates GIN delivers refreshing serves that are perfect for social occasions. At the festival, expect clean, approachable gins made for relaxed sipping, good company, and great vibes.

Trulli brings the flavours of Southern Italy to life with wood-fired pizzas, handmade pastries and classic Italian sweets like cannoli and donuts — all made with a focus on quality and local Gippsland produce. Since 2012 the team has built a reputation for signature pizzas straight from the wood-fired oven and fresh, flavour-packed treats that delight both locals and visitors alike. Festival-goers can look forward to tasty, shareable pizza slices, freshly prepared cannoli, sweet donuts and other Italian favourites that pair perfectly with good company and a relaxed festival vibe.

Our Standard serve is drizzled with a  Canadian Grade A Organic Dark Maple Syrup for a more robust flavour, butter and pure icing sugar.

Gomathy's Kitchen specialises cook authentic Indian & Asian Vegetarian dishes with fresh produce & traditional techniques.

Authentic Tibetan and Himalayan-style dumplings, carefully crafted with traditional techniques and a focus on bold, natural flavors. Unlike other dumplings, ours are made with less spices and masala for a truly unique taste experience. We chose the name of our food truck to reflect our commitment to simplicity, quality, and deliciousness. We also have fried noodles and empanadas in our menu.

Delicious acai in a soft serve form with a variety of toppings and fruit. It is a product like no other in its own creative way; gluten and dairy free, vegan options. Toppings such as Biscoff, Nutella, Peanut Butter, coconut and peanuts can be added. 

We hand make all our food from the freshest ingredients that we can source locally. Paella, arancini and cannoli are specialities on our menu. We also offer gluten free and vegan meals on our menu.

 Grillz Master is specialises in serving delicious German traditional fare. Our menu features mouthwatering Bratwurst, Currywurst, an assortment of kranskys such as (cheese, chilli cheese, chicken, Beef), succulent pork knuckle, and freshly baked pretzels.
